The Chairman Luciano Barbera

Mr. Giovanni Schiapparelli is the students' Tutor during their training and he is also the Technical Coordinator of the Foundation.

Every year the announcement of the "Biella Master" admission test is sent to Italian Universities while advertisements are run in the most important national newspapers, to reach other possible candidates.

After a very vigorous selection, a restricted number of graduates are admitted to the preliminary course, lasting three weeks. It is a sort of "full immersion" during which the students will meet entrepreneurs and managers of the firms supporting the "Biella Master', and undergo tests in preparation for the final interview that will decide their admission to the Master.
